2. Website delivery and hosting

When you access this website, technically necessary connection data is processed. This may include your IP address, date and time, requested page or file, referrer URL, browser type, operating system and language settings.

The data is processed to provide the website securely, reliably and without errors on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Recipients may include technical providers used for operation, hosting, security and content delivery.

3. Language, theme and local storage

Your language choice is stored in a functional cookie. The light or dark theme preference is stored locally in your browser. During project planning, draft identifiers may also be saved locally so that an unfinished draft can be reopened.

These storage operations are used only for functions expressly requested by the user. The legal bases are Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(2) TDDDG.

4. Contact and project enquiries

When you submit a contact or project enquiry, we process the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, telephone number, company, project type, timeline, project description, selected content and functions, and other voluntary details.

Processing is necessary to respond to your enquiry and take steps prior to entering into a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where consent is requested, processing is additionally based on Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with future effect.

5. Project drafts and file uploads

The project starter allows you to save drafts and upload files. Stored project data and files are used solely to process, resume and respond to your enquiry. Download access is protected by individual identifiers that are not publicly discoverable.

Please upload only files that are necessary for the enquiry and do not contain unnecessary personal or particularly sensitive data.

6. Email communication

Email and notification service providers may be used to transmit and process messages. The contact and message data required for delivery is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

7. Fonts

The website uses font files served locally from its own hosting for consistent presentation. Loading the fonts does not establish a connection to Google Fonts or other external font providers.

8. Recipients and international transfers

Personal data is disclosed only to parties that require it to operate the website or respond to your enquiry. If providers outside the European Union or European Economic Area are used, a transfer takes place only in accordance with the legal requirements, particularly an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.
