  • Scope, participation basis, eligible project costs and the definition of project success are agreed individually in writing before work begins.

  • The idea partner does not pay traditional development fees.
  • The idea partner generally receives a 10% economic participation in the agreed project outcome; CentofAi generally receives 90%.
  • CentofAi delivers and provides technical care for the product.
  • This model is available only for ideas reviewed and expressly accepted by CentofAi.

Submitting an idea does not automatically make it an Idea Partner project. Selection considers technical feasibility, market potential, commercial viability, scalability and strategic fit.
